Pancetta Affumicata

The Pancetta Affumicata

(smoked bacon) is made using

the rindless leanest parts of

the bellies coming exclusively

from Italian pigs.

It is salted and flavoured with

sea salt and spices and once

the processing has been

completed it is smoked slightly.


It does not contain

milk by-products and

is gluten-free.
