The Sopressa dei Colli Asolani®
(with or without garlic) is
made using exclusively the
premium cuts of Italian pork
meat to which sea salt and
pepper are added.
The meat is processed within
24/36 hours of its butchering
in order to ensure greater
softness to the product.
The meat blend is then stuffed
into a natural casing and tied
using string, in conformity
with tradition.
It is aged for two to four months
depending on its size in rooms
benefiting from the breezes of
pure air descending the Piave
river valley thus acquiring an
inebriating fragrance and a
typical and delicate taste.
It does not contain
milk by-products and
is gluten-free.
